Some ideas to kick off more comments

Here is my list:

  • Most of the people involved are people you like to work with
  • the company/organization is "functional" in other words they know what they want to do and their process and expectaions are realistic
  • resources are available to accomplish the task at hand
  • change and issues can be addressed
  • there is a mutual trust established

Good Clients

  1. Single point of contact/decision maker.
  2. Understands the value of the services you're selling and how those add value to their organization.
  3. Timely! Not just in paying bills but in gathering content and meeting their own deadlines.
  4. Focused. They know their business and have solid goals they're trying to achieve.
